Family Picnic Tomorrow, Lego @ Zoo, & Free Swim Lessons

Last weekend was a fun one. I tried out the Yoga at Magazine Beach, which is actually from 9-10am Saturday. I usually find yoga a bit too slow, but doing yoga outdoors surrounded by peaceful nature is a very different experience. :) A couple of families even brought their babies. There are only two classes this summer, so I hope to see you there!
The Run & Ride last Sunday was a blast! There must've been a couple of hundred kids. It was great to see so many familiar faces there. :)
My kids weren't sure about the race beforehand, 'Do I have to go? Is it a race or just a run?' Just a run, I told them. They still weren't sure, so it helped a lot to have friends there. Talking and laughing with her classmate, my daughter got over her worries. Then she ran her quarter mile just fine!
And Katie's kid Ethan was so fast! He was #2 in his age group. Big congrats, Ethan! :)
And the new I'm interested feature worked well, we got a lot of clicks! A number of you might have found that it does require you to log in, which is a pain. Good thing is I'm fixing that this week. You should be able to click through the links below. In the future, I hope to make it easy for people to arrange going to an event together and also share pictures after.
