Class Directory? | Cambridgeside Movie & Wildlife & Honeybees

This week we've released our online School Directory! So far the feedback has been all positive. More parents are opting in everyday. :)
Next, I'm asking room parents about also making it the Classroom Directory so that e.g. you can email the whole class for a birthday party. Today for class directory we typically use Google Spreadsheet which isn't easy to use for everyone and is hard to edit on a phone. We'd still provide a way to submit to the directory via paper.
Given we already have the school directory, this is about assigning kids to different classes (by either individual parents or the room parents), and for room parents to try to get to all the families (the ones not yet on Yana).
The last weekend we biked along Memorial Drive which is closed on Sunday afternoons. The weather was perfect and my kids had a great time. We also went to a fun birthday party on school grounds... Very cool! :)
This week my son's at Kids4Coding camp and having a blast! He looks for facts in Minecraft worlds in the morning, then has an challenge to work on in the afternoon. He's also learning about programming with Finch Robot. Getting there and back isn't easy as my daughter's at camp in the other direction. So we ended up carpooling with another family, great!
This weekend has a ton of fun events. So much that it's a little hard to choose. Hope to see you at one of them!
